CONNECTED REGULATED COMPANIES
IM Private Clients works with 3 regulated investment firms who provide a range of fully managed investment portfolios with pension, ISA and GIA tax wrappers.for people who do not want to pay financial adviser fees, but who equally require experienced knowledgable information and guidance to assist in their financial and tax planning.

We provide full servicing and support regarding these products, acting on behalf of these providers as your front line for all enquires and technical questions. Below we highlight each party involved and the part they play in providing you with these regulated investment products.
PRIVATECLIENTS
SERVICING & SUPPORT
IM Private Clients provides financial and tax planning services, together with all servicing and support for the IM Portfolios and Intelligent Money's tax wrappers.

The team at IM Private Clients are also consultant advisers to P1 in for the IM Portfolios. IM Private Clients does not provide and regulated services.
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
P1 Investment Management provides and runs the IM Portfolios, with the team from IM Private Clients acting as consultant advisers to these.

P1 is an award winning discretionary investment manager that, like Intelligent Money, is owned by its staff and is responsible for over £1bn of client asset.
TAX WRAPPERS
Intelligent Money provides the tax wrappers for the IM Portfolios, together with the front end client interface (your user dashboard).

Intelligent Money was established over 20 years ago and provider a range of tax wrappers with its main focus being SIPPs for the clients of financial advisers.
All of Intelligent Money's direct (non-advised) clients automatically become clients of IM Private Clients.
PLATFORM & CUSTODIAN
Seccl provides the platform and custodian services for the IM Portfolios.

As part of the £12.5bn Octopus Group, Seccl provides a fully digital platform and custody service enabling P1 and Intelligent Money to deliver the IM Portfolios and tax wrappers seamlessly and cost effectively.
