You may not be aware that each and every year you hold an investment, an annual commission (typically half a percent of your entire fund value) is deducted from your money and paid out to the broker/adviser you used to take out the investment – even if you no longer use them.

Equally, if you went direct to the product provider this money is still deducted each year and retained as additional profit for the fund manager (they will not undercut brokers/advisers as they rely so heavily on them for distribution).

Intelligent Money is unique. Not only do we offer all of the usual discount broking services when you take out a financial product (and rebate ALL of the initial commission) we also offer an annual Commission Rebating Service.

For a flat fee of £35 a year you can register all of your existing investments and insurance policies with us and we will pay ALL of the annual commissions back to you. We are the only company in the UK that offers this service.

Each year you will receive a statement showing how much commission has been paid from each of your providers, together with a cheque for the total amount.

We can return commissions on most ISAs (not mini cash), PEPs, Investment Bonds, With Profit Bonds, VCTs, Insurance Policies (such as life insurance, critical illness cover, income protections plans, private medical insurance, etc.) and Personal Pension Plans.
